Manager Quality Assurance

Specifications:
1. MS/ MBA from a reputable institution
2. 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance on similar position, preferably from a cal centre background.
Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Computer & internet savvy

Responsibilities:
Responsible for quality assurance to ensure that sales procedures are adhered to, bring improvement and efficiency in sales practices. Analysis on sales performance, measuring it against set indicators and ensure log of all sales activities is maintained.
