JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Working with the sales resources to identify opportunities with existing customers or targets within a geographic territory and to position the company product lines and services in conjunction with small package.
· Identifying advocates and decision makers in prospect organization
· Identifying customer needs, customer care requirements, and where they are in the buying cycle.
· Developing a strategic call plan including - developing account profiles, loading prospect information into TEAMS, pricing, timeline, and service agreement parameters
· Qualifying and mapping the prospect's current supply chain
· Leading internal Sales strategy reviews
· Ensuring that customer requirements are operationally feasible
· Engaging with senior level executives both internally and externally.
· Works closely with Solutions and Operations Teams to develop customer solutions for both Strategic and Mid-Market customers and to ensure proper implementation that meets the customer's needs.
· Working with Pricing, Contracts, IT, and F&A to review pricing information, to make sure that assumptions capture the customer's business requirements, and to ensure those groups provide the best solution for the customer within company guidelines and requirements
· Updating and revising account strategy throughout the sales process
· Positioning themselves as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to the clients' management team.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelors / Masters with extensive exposure to retail and corporate sales in a Logistic Company.
· Prior Exposure to Logistics Business - MANDATORY
· Candidate must be aware of full logistics operations and able to negotiate on pricing.
· Must be presentable and have good supplier’s information in both trades (Import & Export).
