1. Software Team Lead
The Candidates The ideal candidate must be an IT graduate from HEC recognized institution with 3-4 years relevant experience. Additional qualification in business administration will be a big plus. Should have proven track record of implementing and supporting moderate to large-scale deployments of Oracle E-business Suite in general and Oracle HRMS product in particular. Be able to design, develop and maintain applications on Java and NET platforms. Should possess strong RDBMS concepts and be able to create/maintain database procedures in MS-SQL Server & Oracle. Possess demonstrated experience of participation in business process modeling and reengineering. Must be a highly motivated individual with good analytical skills. Have an attitude & interest in solving problems and paying extreme attention to details and maintaining written documentation, Excellent communication and customer services skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Should possess strong ERP concept and be knowledgeable about real-world challenges faced in the implementation of such software. Be able to perform hands-on development activities on Windows and Linux platform. Experience of working in financial industry is not mandatory but highly desirable Willing to travel across country as and when required in carrying out various business assignments. Should be able to handle small teams of up to 3-4 resources. Be below 35 years of age.
The candidate:Ideal candidate should be an ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CIA / CISA or MBA Finance / M.Com , MA/ MSc (with Math / Finance subjects) from recognized institution. The incumbent should possess minimum of 3-5 years work experience in internal audit / compliance / banking operations of a commercial bank. Experience with audit firm would be a plus. Must have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization. Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Inclined towards working in technology - driven environment. Should be below 35 years of age.
3. IT Auditor
The candidate:candidate should be a CISA qualified. Preference will be given to ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA part qualified candidates. Computer sciences background will be an added advantage. Experience with audit firm would be a plus. The incumbent should possess minimum of 2-3 years IT Audit / compliance experience in a similar environment. Should have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Inclined towards working in technology- driven environment. Should be below 35 years of age.
4. Compliance Supervisor KYC/AML
The candidate:
The ideal candidate should be a part qualified CA/ACMA/ACCA or have a Masters degree (with Maths / Finance background) from an HEC recognized institution. The incumbent should possess minimum of 3 years compliance / internal audit / banking operations experience in a commercial banking environment. Must have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in dynamic regulatory environment. Willing to accept challenges and work within deadlines. Excellent communication and report writing skill, and ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization. Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Inclined towards working in technology - driven environment.
