Senior Team Lead SQA and Team Lead SQA, Inbox Business Technologies

Qualification: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
Experience: More than 4 years of experience in SQA

Required Skills:
1) Have sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Object Oriented or Relational Design strategies and methodologies
2) Capable of reviewing technical and functional documents; like project proposal, software requirement specifications (SRS) documents, project plan, software design documents (SDD), and functional specifications (FS) documents
3) Able to form status reports for testing
4) Must have understanding of Software Process Improvement Models like ISO, CMMI and IEEE
5) Hands-on experience in software quality assurance process specifically bug tracking and test management
6) Capable of formulating and executing test plans, procedures and matrices
7) Able to develop comprehensive product testing plans
8) Experience of using performance and regression testing tools
9) Must have good analytical and decision making skills
10) Must possess good communication and leadership skills
11) Able to manage conflicts and resolve issues within the testing team and with the development team
12) Knowledge about inventory management and supply chain management will be an added advantage
