Job Summary:
To communicate with assigned corporate clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate action to support the delivery of profitable business and customer approval.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and recommending sufficient actions to relationship manager in portfolio management. On-going analysis of account performance to identify early warning signals.
Assisting RM in preparing annual / interim Credit Application package and relevant annexure that comprise Executive Summary, Facility and Security Appendix, Basic Information Report, Financial Spreads, Obligor Risk Rating list etc.
Following up with and coordinating with corporate clients for obtaining necessary documentation and company information for approvals.
Adequately identifying the problems in routine account activities through interacting with different bank divisions/officers. Providing appropriate documentations, information and approvals on time. Identifying problem areas that require service improvement and providing timely inputs to RM for enhancing service standards.
Decisive liaison with Operations, Credit Risk and Credit Administration departments, for problem-resolution during routine transaction processes.
Developing an MIS of the allocated portfolio by collecting pertinent information concerning insurance policies, facility timelines & expires, site visit reports & stock inspection reports, call reports, valuation reports, deferrals expires, waiver information and repayments schedules etc.
