This is a message for everyone. Do not apply to TRG they pay you above average but they work you like dogs. Your life will not be your own. you have to work daily like 14 hours and you still not sure that you are done for a day they can still call you to get to work. Timings are bad and not fixed that doest mean you can come at any time. officialy its start from 11am but you dont know when you get free normally you have to go home like 1-2 am in night some times whole night. You have to work on eids and all the public holidays. Sometime they promote you but thats mean that you only get your designation up little increment. They force you to work even if you are sick. bonus will be like 50% some time even lower the people who are incharge have no experience on how to run a software company basically its a callcenter. They are non technical and seth minded people. They publish kinds of crack code advertisments for solving a code that is just clever ruse to get every one think that they are doing some very "techical work". Some of the employees doing the develpment work while the rets are doing only customizatization of software and other low level IT work basically they are code coolies. They give you unreallistic deadlines and keep pressurizing you to do it in less time. and if your if you dont behave like a pet dog to your boss then they fire you even without warning. You are warned. I am sure they will count this information with their lies but make sure its all true. Only employees who are surviving are the ones who are behaving like pet dogs and they are happy with it!!!!! Infact they forgot what it likes to be human and they like the way it is. Are you???
If TRG is that bad why do they have 300+ resources in TECH (Software Side of TRG) only. They are paying above the market and your life will remain yours if you know how to manage your time and efforts.
A wise man said that you can work hard if you cannot work efficiently but eventually that hard work will take you towards efficient work.
I seldom work extra hours in TRG, and I know that working extra hours is a need sometime. But it doesn't mean that it is my daily routine. Once after two weeks, spending few hours extra on average is nothing. show me a company in which you do not have to do it.
Who says that they pay only 50% bonus, last year alone I had received two FULL and two 75% bonus payouts.
I think you should not say any thing about some company which you either don't know about or in which you were unable to perform up to the mark.
If any one still think otherwise come and visit the company and see it from your own eyes.
