General Manager (Information Management)

Qualification & Experience:- MCS/MBA (MIS) from a reputable university recognized by HEC with minimum 7 years progressive management experience related to Senior (IT) management post in a reputable firm having complete knowledge of system operations and application developments.
General Manager (Administration & Personnel)

Qualification & Experience:- Holder of Master Degree in Social Sciences from a reputable university recognized by HEC with 10 years working experience of Administration & Personnel in a reputable organization at a senior level management position, preferably a retired officer of Armed Forces.
Manager (Underwriting)

Qualification & Experience:- B.Sc. Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)/MBA from a reputable university recognized by HEC or M.Sc. insurance and Risk Management from a foreign university with Associate Risk Management (ARM)/ Chartered Insurer (ACII or FCII) or Associate Member of the Pakistan Society of Actuaries with minimum 7 years experience including 3 years in risk management, reinsurance or related field in an insurance organization.
1. The contract period of appointment for the above mentioned posts shall be initially for two years (renewable / extendable).
2. Maximum age limit is 50 years for posts at Serial No. 1 to 3 above and 40 years for post at Serial No 4 above, relaxable in exceptional cases.
3. Market based salary package, commensurating with candidate’s qualification & experience will be offered.
4. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of interview.
