Nature of the Job:
The Job requires understanding of existing logic and database design organization of the Bank’s accounting and business systems and its improvement. Upholding of documentation related to any growth, changes, fixes or up-gradation. Harmonization with users for testing of any changes or improvement and follow-ups of all software development control procedures as maintained by the bank policy.
This Software Team Lead reports to Systems Support Manager, accountable for working closely with users by providing programming and other related shore up for their functional and technical issues. It requires promise to working through multifaceted problems and to complete tasks with a elevated level of correctness and a strong customer satisfaction focus.
Requirements:
The perfect Candidate must be a IT graduate from HEC recognized organization with an emphasis on Software Engineering. The present should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable environment. Experience of working in a banking environment would be an advantage but not obligatory. Has the aptitude to become accustomed and learn rapidly in a fast paced environment. Eager to travel crossways country as required in the course of business requirements. Outstanding communication and customer services skills the aptitude to deal efficiently with all level of the organization.
2. Must have high-quality understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, extremely aggravated with an interest in solving problem and paying tremendous attraction to details and maintaining written documentation
3. Should be able to maintain and create script for example JavaScript and Perl. Aptitude to code in JDK and Net framework. Should be clever to perform development activities on Windows and Linux platform
4. Must have knowledge in HTML, XHTML. XHTML, XML/XSLT, AJAX, IIS, SQL-Server and Oracle
