- Satisfying internal customers' needs
- Production - timely delivery of import material
- Sales - Ensure FG stock accessibility vs forecast
Coordinator Supply Chain Council
Working Capital blocked in entire Supply Chain
- All products
- Imported Raw Material
- High Seas
- Port
Managing Imported Material availability to avoid changes in the Production Plan.
Monitor supply accuracy to market.
Supply Chain Dashboard Management.
Manage SKD/CBU imported items w.r.t Sales Forecast.
Manage transporters to ensure smooth flow (Inbound/Outbound) of goods.
Freight approval of FOB shipments on monthly basis
Freight approval for domestic movement (port-fac-WH)
Supervise Macro Production Planning & Raw Material Planning
Supervise SKD/CBU planning & ordering
Procurement:
- Price trend analysis
- New Source Development
- Cost Reduction
