Eligibility & Qualification:

By Selection On Merit From Amongst Officials (Male & Female) Holding Substantive Posts Of Superintendents, Private Secretaries, Personal Assistants, Senior Scale Stenographers, Assistants, Head Vernaculars Clerks, Inspectors Of Stamps, Revenue Auditors And Colony Auditors Who Are Graduate From A Recognized University With 3-Years Service Of Board Of Revenue And Other Offices Subordinate To The Board Of Revenue.

The Written Examination Will Be Conducted In The Following Three Subjects:-

Written Examination (Three Papers) Total 150 Marks

Note:

I) A Candidate Must Obtain 33% Marks In The Objective Paper And 33% Each Subjective Paper And 50% In The Aggregate To Qualify For Interview. 0.50 Or More Marks Will Be Rounded Off. Thereafter A Candidate Must Also Secure 50% Marks In The Interview To Be Finally Successful.

Ii) Non Muslim Candidates Have The Option Either To Attempt Mcqs On Islamic Studies Or The Same Number Of Questions In A Separate Section Titled “Ethics”.

Iii) Negative Marking Will Be Done And 0.25 Marks Will Be Deducted For Each Wrong Answer In The Mcq Type Papers.

Important Note:

A) Candidates Will Be Admitted To The Written Examination/Test Provisionally At Their Own Risk Subject To Their Being Found Eligible In All Respects. On Detailed Scrutiny Of The Applications Of The Candidates Declared Successful In The Written Examination/Test, If Any Candidate Is Found Ineligible In Any Respect Under Rules, His/Her Candidature Will Be Cancelled Regardless Of The Fact Whether He/She Appeared In The Written Examination/Test Or Qualified Therein. To Avoid Frustration, The Candidates Are Advised In Their Own Interest To Make Sure Before Appearing In The Examination That They Fulfill All The Requirements Of The Rules, Relating To The Examination.

B) Incomplete, Wrongly Filled In And Unsigned Applications Will Be Rejected Summarily.

B. Written Test Related To The Job/Qualification Or General Ability.

C. Combination Of The Above Two Methods.

3. Experience Certificate Of Service Rendered On Ad Hoc / Current Charge/Acting Charge Basis Must Be Issued By The Appointing Authority.

4. Fax Applications from In-Country Candidates, Will Not Be Accepted.

5. Down Loaded Application Forms From Our Website Will Also Be Acceptable.

6. Note: In Case Of Change/Deletion/Addition In Any Column Of The Prescribed Application Form, The Candidate Would Be Liable To The Rejection Of His Candidature.
