Functional Responsibilities: Central Gold & Jew. Creativity

Current Subsidiaries: KSA, Egypt and UAE (total of 2,200 employees)

Location: Riyadh, KSA /Egypt/ UAE.

Professional Experience: 10 years and more.

Remuneration: Base + Bonus + equity plan ($84K + Bonus + Equity Plan).

Must have attributes:

· 10 years experience in Gold & Jewelry design in high brand company.

· Diploma in the field of Jew (minimum).

· Leadership / people management skills.

· Hands on & execution oriented.

· Team spirited.

· Multi-tasked.

· Creative experience in Gold & Jewelry brand.

· Regional experience and long term commitment to the region.

Nice to have attributes:

· Arabic speaker

· Self confident

· 3-5 years experience in Gulf region.

 

Expected Undertakings:

· Develop, assess & segment the demand in the targeted markets.

· Assess, segment and develop a product portfolio strategy.

· Develop product collections and supervise creative product designs.

· Define in coordination with Marketing Director visual codes for the brand and product collections. Following-up product lines development through conducting agreements with freelancers.

Drawing and explaining the primary ideas for designers, model makers & technical workers.

Assisting L’azurde Business Unite Managers team in creating new collections.

Training the new technical employee and uplifting their knowledge in the field.

Improving the designs and following up on the customer satisfaction with concerned staff in the marketing.

Following up the execution of the new Product line.

Conducting field visits to the market and translating these visits into practical and innovative Product Line.
