Job Duties:
i) To carry out rent assessment/ inspection of residential accommodations to be hired.
ii) To draft rent assessment report.
iii) To pay surprise visits to the hired accommodations periodically.
iv) To assist Rent Assessment Committee.
Job status: Permanent
Eligibilty: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation, whether in Minimum or Maximum age limits). plus five (5) years general relaxation
Min Age: 20
Max Age: 28
Place: Any where in Pakistan
Qualification/Experience required: Second Class or Grade;C; BA/ B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized University. EXPERIENCE: Three years experience of Inspection in estate matters in a Government Department/ Autonomous Organization.
