1. Software Team Lead
The Job: The incumbent will be mainly responsibly for providing support and enhancing the implementation of various enterprise-class applications in use by the Bank. It also entails managing the rollout process of these applications to branch offices that will involve visiting these locations, training users and looking after the deployment process at these locations. The position will also be responsible for coordinating with users for any custom development, changes, fixes or up-gradation, testing of any changes or enhancements and corresponding follow-ups on all software related control procedures as per the bank policy. The job requires commitment to work through complex problems and to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and a strong customer satisfaction focus.
The Candidates The ideal candidate must be an IT graduate from HEC recognized institution with 3-4 years relevant experience. Additional qualification in business administration will be a big plus. Should have proven track record of implementing and supporting moderate to large-scale deployments of Oracle E-business Suite in general and Oracle HRMS product in particular. Be able to design, develop and maintain applications on Java and NET platforms. Should possess strong RDBMS concepts and be able to create/maintain database procedures in MS-SQL Server & Oracle. Possess demonstrated experience of participation in business process modeling and reengineering. Must be a highly motivated individual with good analytical skills. Have an attitude & interest in solving problems and paying extreme attention to details and maintaining written documentation, Excellent communication and customer services skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Should possess strong ERP concept and be knowledgeable about real-world challenges faced in the implementation of such software. Be able to perform hands-on development activities on Windows and Linux platform. Experience of working in financial industry is not mandatory but highly desirable Willing to travel across country as and when required in carrying out various business assignments. Should be able to handle small teams of up to 3-4 resources. Be below 35 years of age.

2. Senior Auditor
The job:The incumbent will be responsible for supervising branch audit reviews within Bank’s branch network and other business units in accordance with audit policy & manual, management guidelines of the bank and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. The incumbent would also require maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards. Be able to independently work under general directions with latitude for initiative and independent judgment in the areas under review. Review and supervise audit procedures, including conducting interviews and surveys to substantiate the work done by auditors. Carry out analysis of evidence, documentation process and procedures, perform necessary tests, and highlight issues with recommendations. Supervise the planning phase of individual audits including risk assessment activities, engagement letter and planning package preparation, defining risks, controls and developing tests resulting in documented executable audit programs. Attend opening/closing meetings and evaluate the audit objectivity throughout the audit cycle. Communicate the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management

Must have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization. Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Inclined towards working in technology - driven environment. Should be below 35 years of age.
3. IT Auditor
The job:The candidate will be responsible to provide IS audit services in accordance with IS audit standards, guidelines and best practices to assist the Bank, ensuring that its IT and business systems are well protected and controlled. Also provide assurance that the bank has structure, policies, accountabilities, mechanisms and monitoring practices in place to achieve the requirement of corporate governance. Ascertain that the management practices for the development / acquisition, testing, implementation, maintenance and disposal of the systems and infrastructure meet Bank’s objectives. Make sure that the delivery of the level of services meets the bank’s objectives.

4. Compliance Supervisor KYC/AML
The job:The incumbent will be responsible for updating KYC/AML procedures in line with evolving statutory and regulatory requirements. Monitor transactions through off-site reviews and identifying transactions which are out of pattern and determine suspicious transactions which require reporting with FMU. Ensure that branch staff members are aware of their personal obligations with respect to KYC/AML and ensure due diligence in identification of customers. Provide guidance and education to branches and other business units on various areas of policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Assist in designing and conducting training programs and awareness sessions for branch staff. Update management on developments on applicable laws and regulatory framework. Maintain compliance database and prepare periodic reports for onward submission to management and other stake holders. Track submission of various regulatory, statutory reports and returns within prescribed timelines. Establish compliance hotline for employees to report problems and other areas of concern. Assist management in developing and implementation of controls.

The ideal candidate should be a part qualified CA/ACMA/ACCA or have a Masters degree (with Maths / Finance background) from an HEC recognized institution.
