Equation AS/400 RPG Programmer / Analyst, AlBarka Islamic Bank Pakistan

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:
Make modification and give maintenance support to applications written in RPG/400, RPG-ILE, CLP
generate and Maintain RPG modules and individual RPG programs
Utilize RPG IV & ILE RPG using DB2/400 tables, CLP, Query/400 & SQL/400
Back as Equation Product Support

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years experience
Vast knowledge of all IBM AS/400 programming and process functions
Knowledge in building RPG systems in Financial/Banking Environment
Good information of PCs, MS-SQL, ODBC, MS-Access and MS-Excel
Preference will be given to applicant with Misys Banking Products like Equation, TI (Trade Innovations) and using Equation APIs
Ability in apply new ideas; Installing enhancements to Equation
IBM AS400/iSeries skills in Web Applications using Microsoft .Net will be added advantage

Other Requirements:
Must have good English speaking and Read/Write aptitude
Good interpersonal and Communication skills
Capability to work as a Team member
