Business Analyst, Mobilink

Job Description:
-Commence the business requirements elicitation for new projects, services and programs
-Collect, comprehend, and send out the business requirements for these business areas/projects and identify IT deliverables.
-Document project scope, deliverables, functional requirements and added value / benefit expectations
-Analyze and understand existing systems and technologies
-Translate IT deliverables into functional specifications and share scope and requirements with IT stakeholders
-Facilitate solution communication across IT teams to mange risks and optimize solution during the design phase
-Categorize and understand complex business problems and the impact of the proposed solution on IT systems operations
-Review and recommend necessary business process changes related to the proposed solution
-Organize and lead status meetings

Skills Required:
-Sound analytical & problem solving skills
-Proficient in operating MS Office suite specifically MS Visio
-Excellent written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle pressure and work on multiple tasks with aggressive timelines
-Good understanding of the Telecom business
-Knowledge of Billing, Customer Relationship Management, Data Warehousing and other IT/ Telecoms operations
-UML Modeling
