Responsibilities:- Supervise technical Request for Proposal (RFP) and procurement process
- Smooth the progress of the business requirement finalization with vendors
- Grow business cases and assess ROI on IT Solutions
- Work directly with IT Budget Team and monitor system budgets
- Comprehend the business requirements for the new system and identify the IT deliverables involved
- Handle solution communication across IT teams to mange risks
- Research and make out future technologies
- Supervise change management and improvements of business process

- Sound analytical & problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), presentation and inter-personal skills
