Job Description:
On the whole administration and office management of Data Centre and NOC Operation of IP Ops MM&BB division, Islamabad
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of all Broadband DNS Servers which are situated in Broadband Data Centre and other cities
Responsible for HP OSS System Service comprise OVSA, OVO/OVSD and OVPI.
Deployment, Configuration, Operations and Maintenance of BB SMTP Servers
Operation, Maintenance and support of complete web hosting solution consisting of cluster servers which are running on multiple cluster services.
Operation, Maintenance and Support of Email system for corporate customers and also providing email IDs to all BB customers.
Operation and maintenance of e-mail filtering Barracuda SPAM firewall.
System Administration (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows OS)
Managing SAN, VERITAS Cluster, F5 Load Balancer and Backup System (Tape Library)
Preparation and execution of preventive as well as corrective maintenance activities for the entire set up.
Examine for root causes remedy of customer complaints relating to Broadband operations.
