MS/ MBA from a reputed institution
4-5 years of experience, preferably from IT sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentation & leadership skill
Computer & internet savvy
Responsible for training and development, training need analysis, orientation and developing training materials. Prepare training budget for organization. Manage T&D team and ensure learning culture is well adhered in organization.
