Job Description:
Graduation (LLB) from recognized institution
2-3 years of experience in specific domain, experience of intellectual property rights and international laws preferred.
Skills Requirement:
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with legal issues and its resolution using internet media
Computer & Internet savvy
Responsibilities:
Responsible to resolve all intellectual property rights related queried from customers around the globe, verification of all legal documentation. Ensure international legal compliance including laws, treaties, conventions and protocols specially DMCA.
