Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 2-3 years relevant experience, preferred experience in:
· Development, management /supervision and training
· Preparation and compilation of training needs as identified in the performance assessments
· Conducting training and workshops where necessary
· Accountable for quality hiring and implementation of HR Procedures.
· Development, management and supervision of Compensation plan and benefit
· Should have the experience of medium to large size company and experience working with top management
· Periodically analyzes and reports the operational performance of Human Resources using objective data, including quantitative metrics across all key HR functions
· Good communication skills both verbal and written.
