Age:
Fresh graduates upto 30 years of age shall be considered for selection as trainee.

Compensation:
A sum of Rs. 30,000/- pm (all inclusive) shall be given to each Trainee during the training period as subsistence allowance.
Qualification:
MBA (major in Finance / Marketing / Management) from HEC approved National / International Universities / Institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 preferable. Where GPA system is not in practice, candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in examination.
Selection procedure:
Candidates shall be required to appear for a written test. Only successful candidates shall be eligible for final interview.

Training and placement
In-house on the job training shall be imparted to selected trainees in various Departments to provide them exposure and familiarity with the working of the organization.

On successful completion of training and based on their performance during the training period, the selected trainees shall be considered for appointment and placement at Head Office or branch on usual terms as offered to contractual employees.
