Branch Manager:
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Development and execution of business plans based on market variables and customer needs.
Consistent delivery of business and operational targets.
Overseeing the branch affairs and administration with focus on achieving Bank’s objectives.
Fostering a culture of teamwork through encouraging cross selling efforts across all channels.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience as branch manager having strong sales background.

Customer Relationship Officer:
Job responsibilities & requirements:
Ensuring highest level of customer services and that the customer’s banking needs are fulfilled in a professional and competent manner
Management of service delivery output to ensure adherence to service quality standards
Strong customer service and sales orientation
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree holders, or above, with 2-3 years of related work experience

Operation Manager:
Job responsibilities & requirements:
Supervision of overall operations of branch.
Implementation and maintenance of service quality standards.
Thorough knowledge of Account Opening, Prudential regulations, AML, KYC.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls. Serving as back-up branch manager when required.
Excellent people management, communication and leadership skills. Should be well versed with MS Office and banking applications.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience as operation manager.

Relationship Managers - Deposit
• Responsible for business development and deposit mobilization
• Execute marketing activities to increase volumes and building relationships to extend banking facilities
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Pleasant personality, attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Should have an understanding of banking operations
• Overall 5 years experience out of which 3 years of Relationship Management in a leading bank
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Masters degree holders will be preferred



Remittance Officer
Job responsibilities & requirements
Responsible for money transfers, issuance of pay-orders & drafts, collection items, maintenance of cheque books & ATM cards and all other counter specific products and services
Ensure highest level of customer service in a professional and competent manner
Must ensure that the activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid down procedures/processes, and SBP/Compliance guidelines
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree holders, or above, with 3 years of related work experience


Teller
Job responsibilities & requirements
Responsible for Cash, Clearing, Inland remittances including Demand Drafts and Pay Orders
Ensure high standards of customer services within the assigned turn around time
Ensure compliance with SBP's regulations and internal controls
Experience of handling cash, clearing, local remittances, and other related activities at branch level
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position with a commercial bank
Education: Bachelor’s degree
