Officer HR and Admin

Location:
Karachi

Requirements:
1. MBA with or Administration as the major subjects.
2. 4-5 years experience, in HR Dept of a commercial bank.
3. In addition to HR functions, must have experience of having worked as an Admin Officer in a large co. Should be able to handle routine admin responsibilities and control Contractual staff.
4. Able to read, write and speak correct/good English
5. Sufficient knowledge of business letter writing and able to organize filing of correspondence.
6. Computer literate and have excellent knowledge of MS Office, with excellent typing speed.
7. Experienced in handling maintenance of premises, office equipment, general services and other administrative responsibilities.
8. Below 40 years of age
9. Knowledge of Karachi market, for obtaining quotations and making purchases as per existing bank rules.

Note: Candidates with qualifications from foreign university would be given preference
