Recruitment To 28 Posts (Including One Post Reserved For Disabled Persons, One Post Reserved For Minorities And One Post Reserved For Women) Of Assistant Director (Legal/ Prosecution) Bs-17 On Contract Basis For The Period Of Five Years In The Directorate General Of Anti-Coruption Establishment Punjab.
Qualification:
B.A / B.Sc. 2nd Division With Ll.B. Preference Will Be Given To Those Having Higher Qualification.
Experience:
A) Minimum 5 Years Of Experience As Active Criminal Law Practitioner.
B) Experience Certificate On The Prescribed Form Ppsc-4 Attached In The Application Form, From The President District Bar Association Duly Countersigned And Affixing Rubber Stamps Of The District And Session Judge Concerned (In Original).
C) Punjab Bar Council’s Upto Date / Valid Registration Certificate Showing the Date of Enrollment.
Written Test:
Paper-I
Paper of English (Subjective Type) Will Be Of Graduate Level With The Following Syllabus:-
i) Essay (In English)
ii) Precise.
iii) Translation Of Urdu To English
iv) Translation Of English To Urdu.
Paper - II
Paper of Criminal Law (Subjective Type) Will Cover:-
I) Police Rules Pertaining To Investigation
ii) Anti-Corruption Rules.
iii) Criminal Procedure Code.
iv) Pakistan Penal Code.
V) Evidence Act.
Pay:
Bs-17 + 40% Special Allowance.
Age:
25 To 35 + 05 Years General Relaxation In Upper Age Limit As Per Government Of The Punjab, S&Gad Circular Letter No.Sor-I (S&Gad) 9-36/81 Dated 04-11-2006 = 40 Years On 06-12-2010.
Place Of Posting:
Anywhere In The Province Of Punjab.
Eligibility:
Both Male & Female Candidates Domiciled In Any District Of Province Of The Punjab.
