(I) A Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from a Recognized University.
(II) 3 Years Experience in Coal Mines Registered Under The Mines Act, 1923 & Minerals Concession Rules.

24 To 35 + 05 Years General Relaxation in Upper Age Limit As Per Government Of The Punjab, S&GAD Circular Letter NO.SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 Dated 04-11-2006 = 40 Years On 20-12-2010.
