Responsibilities:The major responsibilities of this role includes
Lead and contribute in ITIL implementation projects
Deliver ITIL, ISO 20000 or related training sessions
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience of managing IT services with good organization.
At least 16 years of formal education in IT, Masters level education will be highly ideal.
ITIL v3 Foundation certified
Project management skills
Mature and responsible attitude
Experience of re-engineering or improving business processes
Exposure of ISO 20000, MOF and other related frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Experience of developing and delivering effective trainings
Highly confident and self-driven
