Key competencies:
a. Contract administration skills and a sound knowledge of tendering process;
b. Ability to prepare detailed feasibility reports and bill of quantities with the best possible accuracy;
c. Thorough project management capabilities, inclusive of (but not limited to) execution of projects and meticulous progress monitoring with specific stress on quality control in construction, renovation or maintenance assignments;
d. Competent to verify the bills of contractors and vendors, in accordance with the Bank's policy and professional ethics;
e. Business acumen to understand the importance of timelines and to have the required skills to independently achieve the deadlines;
f. Focused and independent approach towards all assignments;
g. Good presentation skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as Microsoft Project and a flair for effective MIS reporting;
f. Highest levels of integrity and honesty.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Completed full four years Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BE, B.Sc. engineering, BS engineering) from HEC recognized university/institute in Pakistan or from abroad;
2. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience of handling construction/renovation projects. Experience of working with a Bank in a similar capacity, would be an added advantage;
3. Not more than 35 years as on July 31, 2010.
