AM Strategic Planning and Projects | Telenor Lahore

This is a position with core focus on devising and delivering Customer Relations strategy through planning, monitoring and project management. Part of the job will require to work BPO related offshore business development, BPO strategic planning and BPO related projects.

Degree(s)/Major(s): MCS/BCS/BIT/BBA

Experience: More than four years of relevant experience

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
1.Project management
2.Call center operations knowledge.
3.Understanding the BPO strategic and operational dynamics.
4.Strong Interpersonal skills.
5.Understanding of financial management including cost benefit analysis, business case development.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for managing CRD Project Portfolio which includes inbound, outbound and BPO related projects.

2.Responsible for managing Project Teams.

3.Reviews Project Scope and Deliverables before passing it on to Project Sponsor.

4.Responsible for applying Project Management Methodology and Project Standards to ensure timely delivery of projects.

5.Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.

6.Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with project team.

7.Provide enablers for Project team members to manage project risks and dependencies.

8.Define Project Success Criteria and disseminate information to respective stakeholders throughout the Project Life Cycle.

9.Responsible for strategic planning for driving the business, this will include contact center functions and BPO stream.

10.Managing ad hoc offshore business development for BPO stream.
