Branch Manager, Manager Credit, Officer Risk, Officer HR and Admin | Oman International Bank S.A.O.G.


Oman International Bank S.A.O.G. is a foremost bank, having 85 branches in the Sultanate of Oman. It has completed its operations in Pakistan, at Karachi, Lahore and Gwadar. We are seeking the following high profile individuals to be positioned at Karachi Branch:


Branch Manager – Karachi
1. MBA or proper specialized qualifications, with at least 15 years banking experience, out of which as a minimum of five years as a Branch Manager of a highly regarded bank.
2. Maintain on the whole high operational standards.
3. A good familiarity of SBP prudential regulations, commercial banking principles and procedures.
4. Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, logical, team building and man-management skills.
5. Good understanding of spoken and written English and Urdu languages.
6. Build up business and keep quality customers.
7. Be capable of looking after the protection of premises, office equipment, general services and other administrative responsibilities.
8. This place carries a bank maintained car and standard perks.
9. Candidates having information of foreign trade and treasury operations preferred.
10. Must be computer literate. Understanding of PIBAS PLUS would be a plus point.
11. Must NOT be over 45 years of age.

MANAGER CREDIT ADMIN
1. Applicants should be graduates with MBA in Marketing, having minimum 5-6 years experience in similar position with a reputable bank.

OFFICER RISK
1. Must have 4-5 years of Credit Risk Management experience in a commercial bank.
2. Must possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and Basel II.
3. Should be under 35 years of age.
4. Should be computer literate. Knowledge of PIBAS PLUS would be a plus point.

OFFICER HR AND ADMIN
1. Candidate must be an MBA with HR or Administration as the major subjects. Candidates with qualifications from foreign universities would be given preference
2. Must have 4-5 years experience, in HR Dept of a commercial bank.
3. In addition to the HR functions, must have experience of having worked as an Admin Officer in a large Co. Should be able to handle routine admin responsibilities and control Contractual staff.
4. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak correct/good English.
5. Should have sufficient knowledge of business letter writing and be able to organize filing of correspondence.
6. Must be a computer literate and have excellent knowledge of MS Office, with excellent typing speed.
7. Be experienced in handling maintenance of premises, office equipment, general services and other administrative responsibilities.
8. Should be under 40 years of age.
9. Must have knowledge of Karachi market, for obtaining quotations and making purchases as per existing bank rules.

1. Candidates would be required to qualify in an English oral and written test at the time of interview.
2. Only candidates who are residents of Karachi, would be considered.
