Qualification:
M.A/ M.Ed. (Special Education) in 1st Division or Grade B with specialization in the field of Mentally Retarded.
OR
M.Sc. Psychology 1st Division or Grade B with one year teaching experience.”

Age: 21 to 28 + 5 years general relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 33 years on 16-11-2009.

Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab.
