As a Telecom Architect you will be accountable to provide daily onsite support, systems design corroboration, technical solution development and release, deployment and advanced troubleshooting for Voice, Video, CVP and IPCC solutions. This will comprise all components of the CVP / IPCC surroundings, third party software and integrated tangential systems.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
• 5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for IVR solutions and integrations.
• 5-10 years experience in a service Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
• Cisco Unity 7.X experience
• CISCO CVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design.
• Ability to articulate and interpret design schemas (call flows, functional specifications, architectural diagrams, etc.)
• Provide user training on Cisco IP phone equipment when necessary
• Cisco MeetingPlace Express
• 2-3 years VMWare ESX 3.5 support
• 5-10 years experience in a service/ support or technical delivery role for ICM enterprises.
• CISCO ICM Scripting Experience CISCO Translation Routing and CTI Experience CISCO Admin Workstation and Web View CISCO Network Interface Controller (NIC) CISCO CTI Desktop application integration experience (Screen Pop)
• CISCO Internet Application experience (CIS, CEM) {Web Collaboration, Chat, email}
• 5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for Cisco Unified Call Manager - Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.X experience beneficial
• /support or technical delivery role for Cisco Unity 7.X experience.
